We want you to be completely happy with your Davaar. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help you with an exchange.
How do I exchange an item?
If you’d like to exchange your Davaar item, perhaps for a different size or style — we’re happy to assist.
Please email orders@davaar.nz within 14 days of receiving your order, letting us know your reason for the exchange.
To exchange your item:
Repackage it in its original packaging, with tags attached and unwashed and pop it back in the box it came in.
Take it to your nearest post shop and ensure your return is sent with tracking.
Once we receive your item, we’ll check that it meets the exchange conditions and will be in touch to confirm your new item is on its way.
Please note: The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item and we cover the cost of sending the new item back to them.
If you're located outside of New Zealand, please contact us at orders@davaar.nz and we’ll help arrange an exchange that works best for your location.

If you’ve changed your mind, we do also accept returns for refunds on full-priced items.
