The 101 in Marle our most beloved style — the original Davaar with its distinctive colour pattern — is also the hardest to perfect. Determined to keep it in our range, we teamed up with Andy from Woolyarns, manually blending the yarns by hand. A full-day process requiring precision and skill. The result is a one-of-a-kind jersey that’s true to form, beautifully made and built to last. Each piece carries a unique identity tag — just like our sheep at Davaar Station.
A reliable, comfortable fit. If you’re in between sizes, we recommend sizing down — the wool will naturally relax after a few wears. For an oversized fit, select one size up from your usual size. Our model Matthew is 190cm and wears size L.

Knitted using 100% natural strong sheep wool grown exclusively on Davaar Station, New Zealand. Each fleece is individually fibre-scanned, allowing us to select only the highest-performing fibres for softness, strength, and durability.
The result is naturally non-itch knitwear that holds its shape, wears beautifully, and delivers exceptional resilience — designed to last a lifetime.

Each piece is produced in small quantities from a single wool batch. Once a style sells out, restocks follow the natural shearing and production cycle.
Wool is naturally stain and odour resistant, so very little washing is required. We recommend gentle hand washing in cold water with an approved wool detergent once or twice a year to keep your garment fresh. After washing, dry flat and store folded in a dry wardrobe or drawer — never hung — to maintain its shape. Our fibre-scanned wool is selected for strength and durability, resulting in minimal pilling; should any occur, a sweater stone will gently restore the finish.
We ship worldwide, with all orders dispatched within one business day directly from Davaar Station, New Zealand. Delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive tracking details via email so you can follow your Davaar’s journey from our farm to your wardrobe.
For international orders, duties and taxes may be applied by your local customs authority upon arrival and are the responsibility of the recipient.
